Village of Marcellus Clerk Archival Records Listing
The Village of Marcellus was incorporated in 1853.
It is approximately 0.62 square miles. It is located in a picturesque
valley in the Town of Marcellus between the cities of Syracuse
and Auburn and a few miles from Otisco and Skaneateles Lakes. The
Village is one of the original five towns of Onondaga County, with
its history dating back over 200 years. Many of the residents commute
to work in the city but enjoy their free time in their own Village
of Marcellus.
