The Onondaga County Health Department supports the education of graduate and undergraduate students interested in public health by providing relevant learning opportunities, work experience and by serving as mentors and role models. Depending upon our staffing levels, a limited number of internships may be available in health promotion, health education, health surveillance and statistics, nutrition, lead poisoning control, environmental health, public health preparedness, and disease control programs.
Qualified candidates should complete and send the Institutional Application along with their resume and cover letter to: Emily Young at EmilyYoung@ongov.net.
We can only accept students from institutions with which we have a current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). |
