Onondaga County has completed the 2013 Hazard Mitigation Plan for Onondaga County and its participating municipalities. The Final Plan is available for viewing and download below. The HMP has been approved by NYS OEM and FEMA and should be adopted by each of the plan's local jurisdictions.
