Established in accordance with the New York State Mental Hygiene Law, the mission of the Mental Health Community Services Board (CSB) is to represent Onondaga County in the process of planning, creating, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive integrated system of community mental hygiene services - including those relevant to mental health (OMH), developmental/intellectual disabilities (OPWDD), and alcohol/substance abuse (OASAS) for all county residents.
In accordance with New York state's Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend these meetings, listen to debate, and watch the decision-making process.
The first meeting for 2024 is scheduled as follows:
