ACCESS is the engagement, assessment, planning and referral process for Onondaga County children, youth and families struggling in home, school and/or community. We provide a 24 hr./ 7 day a week intake line where families can reach out if they need support with their youth. Our team includes Family Peer Advocates who have raised children who have been a part of the child serving systems. The ACCESS team supports families in navigating complex child serving systems to ensure that youth have the services that best meet their needs.
ACCESS can help you with your child/teen that are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. When you call a trained staff person will link you to community supports and services that best fit your child’s and family’s needs. The staff team includes parents who have raised or are raising a child requiring mental health, child welfare or juvenile justice services.
