Our Asset Management team collects and assesses asset information that guides decisions on the most cost-effective approach to owning and operating WEP’s infrastructure. By prioritizing maintenance and replacement needs, our Asset Management team helps to optimize the Capital Improvement Program for maximum effectiveness.    

Engineering and Project Management 

WEP's Engineering and Project Management division spearheads the planning, design, and management of capital improvement projects. They develop plans and designs that align with the County’s strategic objectives and infrastructure needs while providing expert technical support to ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards. WEP Project Highlights

Construction Inspection  

Our Construction Inspection teams oversee the construction stages of projects. They work closely with contractors as liaisons for our WEP, ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications, guaranteeing quality workmanship at every stage. 

Fleet Management 

From mowers to generators, tractors, cars, and construction equipment, Fleet Management keeps our County-owned fleet running. With two on-site shops servicing heavy equipment and lighter vehicles for WEP and other County Departments like the Sheriff’s Office, Health Department and others, this division ensures our vehicles and equipment run in peak condition.
