Stormwater Management Program (SWMP)
Onondaga County is a Covered MS4 entitiy. As a covered MS4 entity we have developed, implemented and enforced a
SWMP designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum
extent practicable (MEP) in order to protect water quality and to satisfy the
appropriate water quality requirements of the ECL and the CWA. Below is a link to the Onondaga County Stormwater Management Program (SWMP):
