The Onondaga County Division of Purchase is pleased to provide this supplier site for suppliers already doing business with the County, as well as potential suppliers aka bidders.
Suppliers provided this access will be able to do the following:
- View and respond to requests for quotes and public bids online
- View and edit your company's contact, address(es), email, phone, and fax numbers
- View and print its Purchase Orders View Receipts entered for goods/services provided to the County
- View its Invoices and associated Vouchers and Payments information
- View check numbers, check dates, and check amounts for Payments
- View account balances and invoices related to those balances

IMPORTANT information before you register:
During the registration process you are required to provide the following information.
- Completed W9 – click here to complete the W9 form. This is a required document. You will need to attach this completed document during registration.
- Tax Identification number (TIN) or Employee Identification number (EIN)
- Contact information such as name, company mailing address, title, email address (to receive electronic notifications), phone number, etc.

Definition of a Bidder:
The County of Onondaga’s Bidders are potential suppliers which have access to view the Invitations for Bid, Requests for Proposal, and other procurement events. You must be registered in order to place a bid. |

Definition of a Supplier:
Onondaga County Suppliers have an existing agreement (contract, awarded bid, etc.) between their company and the County. Suppliers have all of the same access to place bid offers on events that Bidders do. They also are able to maintain company information electronically on their Supplier profile, and see details of their contractual agreement with the County.
