Application for the Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Grant
Onondaga County Community Development, is submitting an application for the Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) funding opportunity through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The PRICE Grant is designed to provide funding for the preservation and revitalization of manufactured housing and eligible manufactured housing communities (MHC). HUD has allocated $235 million in competitive grant funding that will be distributed to approximately 25 awards nationwide. The PRICE grant is divided into two categories, a main competition (PRICE Main) and a replacement pilot (PRICE Replacement Pilot), which are available to local and state governments, nonprofit entities, and multijurisdictional entities. Award announcements are expected in late fall 2024.
Community Input
Members of the public will have the opportunity to provide comments on the application before it is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

During this 15-day public comment period, comments may be submitted to susanboyle@ongov.net. Comments may also be provided at a public meeting scheduled for Monday, July 1, 2024.
