Traditional summer camp (July 8 – August 16)
Youth and teens (ages 5-18)
Free
daily, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Lunch and snacks are provided. There are daily activities, arts and crafts, and games. Each week the campers go on a trip, usually to Jamesville Beach as well as to Syracuse University. At the end of the summer, the campers all go to Seabreeze Water Park.
Mini Drama Camp (July 8 – August 23)
Ages 13-18
Free
Capacity: 10
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; 9:00 am to about 11:45 am. May be attended jointly with traditional summer camp.
The drama instructor will work with teens to create their own auto-drama, which is a short monologue they preform centered around 4 positive events or people in their life. They might act, sing, dance, and chose some other venue to express each event. |
