HVAC Electricity saved could power 225 CNY homes annually The HVAC Improvement Projects at the 911 Center, Alliance Bank Stadium, Baldwinsville WWTP, Brewerton WWTP, Jamesville Correction facility, and the Meadowbrook WWTP are in the planning stages. The HVAC Improvement Projects at the Center for Forensic Science, Onondaga Community College and the Zoo are underway. The projects will have a reduction of 1.5 million kilowatt hours of electricity. Total electricity usage of County-owned facilities will be reduced by 1.0%. At an average price of $0.098/kilowatt hour approximately $147,000 will be saved annually.
