covered by the skimmer include the Inner Harbor, the stream channel to Onondaga Lake
and the creek outlet at the Lake.

Installing the 144-inch pipe near Midland RTF (June 2006)
|
All construction work is now complete on the Midland
RTF, and a pre-start up testing period is underway.
Midland Phase III activities
The potential for revisions to the Phase III plans is
being evaluated at this time.
Construction on the Phase III pipeline will begin at
the West Castle Street end and progress over 2½ years
toward West Newell Street. No single area will be
affected for the full 2½ years, and the length of time
that construction will take place along each street
depends on the size of the pipe to be installed. The
pipeline ranges in size from 12 feet in diameter near
West Castle Street to 4 feet in diameter near Newell
Street.
