Conveyance route changes
Please note that following the information
meetings held in September 2005, the proposed route for
the conveyance pipeline was changed in two locations,
as follows:

In the Upper Basin, the pipeline will be
installed in the 200, 300, and 400 blocks of Hartson
Street rather than in the 400-600 blocks of Rowland
Street. This will shorten the amount of pipeline to
be installed in this area, reduce the number of homes
impacted during construction, and reduce project costs
while still picking up the required overflow discharge
points.

In the Lower Basin, the pipeline will no longer
be installed in Eureka Street and behind homes on
Waite Avenue. Instead, the pipeline will be installed
in the street in the 900 block of Park Avenue and will
cross West Genesee Street at State Fair Boulevard.
This will reduce costs substantially while the total
number of homes impacted during construction will be
about the same as the previous plan.
